For the people who love nature and truffle it is possible to witness a demonstration of the search for the truffle, together with the trifulau and his loyal friend.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
The experience starts at the agriturismo with a transfer to the location indicated at the time of booking. During the walk in the woods, you will learn about the trees that host truffles. Once you reach the search area, the tabui (truffle dog) begins digging under the attentive eye of the trifulau (truffle hunter) to find the truffle.
You will also learn how the dog is guided while digging and how to recognize a freshly found truffle. At the end of the experience, it will also be possible to purchase truffles directly.
